Celebrating Kelley Followwell: 30 Years of Client Service and Leadership
A milestone moment — and a well-earned next step as Director of Operations
For many clients of CD Wealth Management, Kelley Followwell is a familiar voice and a trusted presence.
This year marks 30 years of working alongside Founder and Executive Chairman Scott Cohen — a milestone that reflects not just longevity, but the kind of consistency and care that defines long-term relationships.
“Kelley and I started working together in 1996, long before CD Wealth existed,” Cohen said. “Over time, as the firm has grown, she has been a constant — and a big part of why so many of our client relationships have lasted as long as they have.”
Throughout her career, Kelley has played a central role in supporting clients and ensuring that every detail is handled with precision and follow-through. Known internally as a go-to resource and externally as a steady point of contact, she has built trust through a simple but powerful approach: doing what she says she will do, every time.
That approach has helped shape not only the client experience, but also the culture of the firm.

As CD Wealth continues to grow, Kelley is stepping into a new role as Director of Operations, where she will help lead and strengthen the systems and processes that support client service across the firm.
The transition reflects the impact she has already been making behind the scenes — and expands her ability to serve clients at an even broader level.
“Kelley has always led with a client-first mindset,” Cohen said. “This next step allows her to extend that impact across everything we do.”
Thirty years is a rare milestone — and one that speaks to more than tenure. It reflects a commitment to doing the work the right way, building trust over time, and showing up consistently for the people you serve.
At CD Wealth Management, that’s exactly what Kelley has done.
