Your Onboarding Journey
We’ll set up an initial interview to meet each other. We’ll discuss what we do, and we’ll discuss your needs. Then we’ll talk about our fees, and mutually agree on the terms for our relationship.
In this session, you’ll bring your online IDs and passwords for all of your bank accounts, credit cards, investment accounts, retirement accounts, mortgage, loans, other assets. We’ll get you set up on our excellent eMoney tool.
We’ll ask you to sign a Financial Planning Agreement, Write a Check/ Payment Form, and Manual Asset Authorization Form.
At your eMoney onboarding meeting, we’ll provide you with a document checklist of the statements and financial documents you’ll bring to your Stage 3 meeting.
We’ll work with you to complete our client workbook. This will give us a comprehensive look at your financial history and help us in goal setting.
You’ll bring all of your supporting documents to this meeting. They’ll be uploaded to our Epic management system and your eMoney Vault.
At your planning session, we’ll return your original supporting documents in a CDWM binder. We’ll begin mapping your financial goals and establish key performance indicators for measuring success. We’ll also go over your eMoney cash flow and financial profile.
We’ll review your action plan and answer any questions you may have about getting started.
This meeting is dedicated to reviewing everything that has been implemented in your action plan and discuss any changes that need to be made.
